By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Tippecanoe County, Indiana, in Cause No. 79C01-2411-MF-000130, wherein NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing was plaintiff and Edward Israel Alejandro Aguilar, et. al., were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 5th day of November, 2025 at the hour of 1:00 pm or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Tippecanoe County, Indiana:
0.27 Acres out of the Southeast corner of a part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 23 North, Range 5 West, said part described as follows, to-wit:
