TOWN OF HORNBY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – 2026 BUDGET Notice is hereby given that the Preliminary Budget of the Town of Hornby for the year 2026 has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk where it is available for inspection during regular business hours: Mondays 10-2pm, Tuesdays 11- 6pm. Notice is further given that the Hornby Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on said Preliminary Budget on Wednesday November 5, 2025 at 6pm at the Hornby Town Hall at which time anyone interested will be given an opportunity to be heard. A special Town Board Meeting will immediately follow the Public Hearing, to work on the town budget, and also to deal with other town business as deemed necessary. This meeting is open to the public.
