You are notified that you have been sued in the Vanderburgh Superior Court, located at 825 Sycamore Street, Civic Center Courts Building, Evansville, Indiana 47708, phone number (812) 435-5202, in an action entitled Hampton Court Association, Inc. v. Sydney Smith, at. al, Cause No. 82D06-2402-MF-000760, by the person named above as Plaintiff. This summons by publication is specifically directed to Sydney Smith, Defendant, whereabouts unknown:
You are notified that you have been sued due to non-payment of a condominium association lien in Vanderburgh County, Indiana on the following described real estate:
HAMPTON COURT CONDO UNIT 200 BUILDING 8 in Hampton Court Horizontal Property Regime, in accordance with the Declaration thereof (“Declaration”) entitled “Declaration of Horizontal Property Regime for Hampton Court, a Condominium”, recorded September 10, 1986 in Horizontal Property Regime Drawer 2, Card 37, as Instrument No. 86-23207, the survey and floor plans (“Plans”) for which are recorded in Horizontal File No. 57, all in the Office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
Together with all of the appurtenances thereto in accordance with the Declaration, including a 0.82188% undivided interest, appertaining and appurtenant to the Unit, in the Common areas and Limited Common Areas of Hampton Court Horizontal Property Regime.
The nature of this suit against you is a claim for breach of the Association’s Articles of Incorporation and for a condominium lien foreclosure of 200 Hampton Drive, Evansville, Indiana 47715.
An answer or other response in writing to the Complaint must be filed either by you or your attorney within 30 days after the third/final published notice of suit, and if you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded by the Plaintiff.
