BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 7/23/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 11/5/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
LOT SEVEN (7), OF BLOCK TWELVE (12), OF ACADIALAND SUBDIVISION;
ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, situated in ACADIALAND SUBDIVISION in the PARISH OF TERREBONNE, LOUISIANA, being shown and designated on a plan of said Acadialand Subdivision made by DeFraites Associates, Inc., certified by Arthur A. DeFraites, Jr., C.E., dated April 6, 1967, on file in the office of the Clerk of Court of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana at C.B. 434 folio 25 Entry No. 316819, Map 2285, as Lot Seven (7), Block Twelve (12) of said Acadialand Subdivision, said lot measuring a front on 71.39 feet on the south side of Acadian Drive by a depth of One Hundred Five (105') feet between equal and parallel lines and measuring a rear width of 71.39 feet and being bounded as follows: Front or North by Acadian Drive, East by Lot 6, West by Lot 8 and rear of South by Lot 18, all in Block 12 of said Acadialand Subdivision; together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
LOT 7, BLOCK 12 is burdened with a five (5') foot servitude across the rear portion of said lot.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $108984.17, along
