LEGAL NOTICE 204 Winslow Cemetery Road, Marshfield, MA TOWN OF MARSHFIELD CONSERVATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In compliance with the Regulations of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the "Wetlands Protection Act", and Code of the Town of Marshfield, Chapter 294 Wetlands Protection, a public hearing will be held by the Marshfield Conservation Commission on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 6:30 P.M. to consider the Request for Determination of Applicability filed by: Nolan Murray, 204 Winslow Cemetery Road, Marshfield, MA to determine, whether the area depicted on plan(s) and/or map(s) referenced below is an area subject to jurisdiction of the Wetland Protection Act, whether the activities (vegetation management) depicted on the plan(s) is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act and its regulations, and whether the area and/or activities depicted on the plan(s) is subject to the jurisdiction of any municipal wetlands' ordinance or bylaws of the Town of Marshfield at 204 Winslow Cemetery Road, Marshfield, MA (J06-05-06)(Liz). The public hearing will be conducted at the Marshfield Town Hall, the Select Board's Chamber, 2nd Floor, 870 Moraine Street, Marshfield, Massachusetts. The Commission also informs the public that this public hearing may be conducted remotely as a consequence of the current public health emergency.
