BOROUGH OF WRIGHTSTOWN COUNTY OF BURLINGTON NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Borough of Wrightstown, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey has awarded a contract, without competitive bidding, for professional services, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5, at a Council Meeting held on September 10, 2025, at the Borough Hall, 21 Saylors Pond Road, Wrightstown, New Jersey 08562. The professional services contract was awarded to SSG-Barco, Inc., 122 Walters Ave., Ewing, New Jersey 08638, to perform certain sampling, testing, modeling, analyses, and other general environmental consulting services for Borough owned property known as Block 202, Lot 4, on the tax map of the Borough of Wrightstown, at a cost not to exceed Fifty Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Dollars ($50,370.00). The contract shall commence on the date of this publication and terminate at such time as a Response Action Outcome (RAO) is issued for the property by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
