PB 25-02 – 169 RICE ROAD LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF WAYLAND PLANNING BOARD   The Wayland Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 7:10 p.m. to act on a request by St. Philopater Mercurius & St. Mina Coptic Orthodox Church, Inc. for Site Plan Approval.   The request is for a new religious campus at 169 Rice Road (Parcel ID 40-008) including a new church building, multi-purpose community building (youth center, Sunday school, senior housing), Diocese Center (offices, function space, guest accommodations), athletic field, stormwater and septic infrastructure, 190 parking spaces, and associated landscaping and access improvements.   As authorized by Ch. 2 of the Acts of 2025, the hearing will be conducted via remote means, and the public may participate through a meeting link that can be found at: https://www.wayland.ma.us/public-body-meeting-information-virtual-inperson-and-hybrid   The application and plans may be viewed in the Planning Department Office at the Wayland Town Building during normal business hours and online at: https://www.wayland.ma.us/planning-department-board/pages/2025-applications   Anette Lewis, Chair Wayland Planning Board   AD#11667175.
