37–45 WALTHAM STREET (CARROLL SCHOOL), WAYLAND LEGAL NOTICE PB #25-03 LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF WAYLAND PLANNING BOARD   The Wayland Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 8.10 p.m. to act on a request by The Carroll School for Site Plan Approval for an educational use.   The request is for the construction of a new two-story Academic Building at 37, 39, and 45 Waltham Road (Parcel IDs 05-014, 05-015, 05-016), to replace existing structures (Pool House and Garage), and to support expanded educational use of the campus. The project includes related site improvements such as expanded parking (118 spaces), new landscaping, stormwater infrastructure, and circulation upgrades. The existing Fish Center building will remain.
