The selected VENDOR(s) may assist the DISTRICT by providing professional services of youth mentorship and family engagement programs for the students of the DISTRICT.   Each RFP shall be made out as outlined in the RFP Packet which may be obtained at the Office of the Owner, VICTOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT, Victorville, California OR can be downloaded at purchasing.vesd.net; shall be sealed in a plain envelope with the name of the vendor and the name of the project marked plainly on the face of the envelope and filed with the said Victor Elementary School District prior to the 2:00 P.M., October 23, 2025 deadline.
