PUBLIC NOTICE WANAQUE BOROUGH PLANNING BOARD PRELIMINARY AND FINAL MAJOR SITE PLAN AND LOT CONSOLIDATION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That on October 16, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Wanaque Borough Hall, located at 579 Ringwood Ave, Wanaque, NJ 07465, the Wanaque Planning Board will hold a hearing on the application of The View at Lakeside I Urban Renewal Company LLC, for Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan and Lot Consolidation Approval at which time and place all interested persons may appear either in person or by an attorney and present any objection or questions you may have to the granting of this application. The premises in question is a 427,080 SF parcel of land located in and subject to the Lakeside Manor Redevelopment Plan (the "Plan"), Fourth Amendment that imposes the R-40 Zone regulations subject to any changes in the Plan.
