WMRPOC2630 STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE DUE: Friday, October 24, 2025 AT 12:00 pm *All times are local Phoenix time Scope of Work The City of Phoenix is seeking up to eight qualified consultants to provide water main replacement program engineering on-call services citywide on an as-needed basis from calendar year 2026 through calendar year 2028, with one two-year option to extend until calendar year 2030. Pre-Submittal Meeting A pre-submittal meeting will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Phoenix City Hall, 200 West Washington St., 6th Floor, Room 6 West AND via Teams. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting. Inquiries regarding the project scope outside of this pre-submittal meeting must be directed to the Contracts Specialist.
