
PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVISIONS TO USER FEES
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF SANTA PAULA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to California Government Code Sections 66014 and 6062(a) that the City of Santa Paula will conduct a public hearing on October 15, 2025 on or about 6:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, proposing a comprehensive revision to the user fee schedule.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Santa Paula City Council is scheduled to consider revisions to the user fees, charges, and fines for the period beginning January 1, 2026, in accordance with the Municipal Code. The City Council will find whether the proposed user fees conform to the requirements of California Government Code Section 66014 through 66018.5 as being reasonable and justifiable fees necessary to recover the costs incurred by the City for services rendered by the Community & Economic Development, Administration, Parks & Recreation, Finance, Community Services, and Police Departments.
The proposed revisions to the user fee schedule and User Fee Study/Cost of Services Report, prepared by the consulting firm Willdan Financial Services (Willdan),which contains the complete analysis and the methodology for calculating the fees, is available for review at the City of Santa Paula.
