NOTICE OF NATURE OF ACTION AND RELIEF SOUGHT THE OBJECT of the above captioned action is to foreclose a Mortgage in the original principal amount of $1,300,000.00, recorded in the Sullivan County Clerk's Office, covering the premises known as 25 Route 55, Barryville, New York 12719 a/k/a Section 21, 26, 28, Blocks 1, 1, 11, Lots 25.1, 11.1, 3. The relief sought in the within action is a final Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale directing the sale of the premises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above. Sullivan County is designated as the place of trial on the basis of the fact that the real property affected by this action is located wholly within said County.
