NOTICE OF PUBLIC EVENT FOR THE VILLAGE OF SPRING VALLEY’S DOWNTOWN REVITILIZATION INITIATIVE The Village of Spring Valley is pleased to advertise this public event that will be held during the Board of Trustees meeting scheduled for October 21, 2025 at 8:30 p.m. at Village Hall – 200 N Main Street, Spring Valley, NY 10977. The event will be made accessible with ADA accommodation, as well as translation/interpretation services or materials available with advanced request. The purpose of this event is to invite all residents, business owners, and stakeholders in the Village of Spring Valley to provide the Board with written and/or oral comments, project proposals, and suggestions to develop a vision statement for Downtown Spring Valley. This vision statement will support the Village’s application to the New York State Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) Round 9 Grant Program.
