This work is to include replacing the exiting fluorescent kitchen light with a surface LED type in 31 living units in the two-story apartment building. Drawings and specifications will be available from Blueprint Solutions LTD on Monday, October 20, 2025. Instructions to bidders, bid form, general conditions of the contract, specifications, and contract drawings are included as part of the specification manual. No bid may be withdrawn after the hour set for the opening of bids nor prior to the award of the contract. Bid and Performance Bonds will be required.
