LEGAL NOTICE   Request for Signed Sealed Proposals   The Watershed Agricultural Council (WAC) seeks proposals to conduct a Working Lands Capacity Study assessing current and potential agricultural production in the NYC Watershed. The study will use tools like GIS, scenario planning, and stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities to strengthen regional food systems. This project is expected to run from January 2026 to July 2028. The selected consultant will enter into contract with the WAC for the term. The complete request for bids is available immediately and can be requested from Wendy Hanselman at 607-865-7790 ext. 115 or via e-mail at whanselman@nycwatershed.org. Bids must be received by 2:00PM on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered. WAC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received in response to this RFP.
