REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATION AND PROPOSALS FOR EXTENDED LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES PROGRAMMING & SUPPORT-AFTER SERVICES   I. NOTICE OF RFP Notice is hereby given that the Visalia Unified School District (“District”), located in Visalia, California is requesting Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from qualified firms to provide Full Service and enrichment Expanded Learning Opportunities for TK-8th grade students (“Proposer”). The District intends to select vendors who provide various stand-alone enrichment/ enrichment packages that can meet the needs and requirements specified herein.   The district requires that you propose services for all grades and students, however, the District wants to understand your program’s full offering. If you are equipped to serve all grades and have successfully provided such programs for school districts of similar size and student populations, please describe this in your proposal.
