LEGAL NOTICE Town of Sterling Planning and Zoning Commission Notice of Public Hearing   The Sterling Planning and Zoning (P&Z) Commission has scheduled a Public Hearing on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 6:00 PM in the Sterling Town Hall, Room #15, 1183 Plainfield Pike, Oneco, CT on the following items:   1. P&Z proposed text amendments to Zoning Regulations: • Section 2.01 Specific Definitions- Accessory Apartment (Accessory Dwelling Unit), Sterling Industrial Park: • Section 301.1 Prohibited Uses - B.
