INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES – 2026 The Housing Authority of the Township of Brick (hereinafter referred to as the "Authority") invites sealed bids for the provision of Elevator Maintenance Services involving maintenance, repairs, and replacements to hydraulic elevator systems located within two (2) Public Housing developments: George J. Conway and Forge Pond Apartments. The contract term shall be for a one (1) year period beginning January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. The Authority reserves the right to renew this contract for one additional year, for a total term not to exceed 24 consecutive months, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-15. A voluntary pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Authority's main office located at 165 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, NJ 08723. Sealed bids will be received at the same location until 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid documents and specifications may be obtained by visiting the Housing Authority's website at www.brickha.org. All bids must be enclosed in a properly sealed envelope bearing on the outside the words "Bid Documents – Elevator Maintenance Services", the name of the bidder, and the date and time for receipt of bids.
