NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at 5:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, on October 23, 2025, by the Port Orange Planning Commission in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 1000 City Center Circle, Port Orange, Florida. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the request for a variance to reduce the minimum front yard setback along Hensel Road for a secondary front yard on a corner lot from 40 feet to 32.49 feet for a proposed house expansion.
The subject property is located at 801 Pheasant Run Court and is more specifically described as fol-lows:
