NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on September 30, 2025 and entered in Case No. 012024CA002006XXXXXX in the Circuit Court of the 8th Judicial Circuit in and for Alachua County, Florida, wherein LORINE WESLEY DECEASED, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, J.K. "JESS" IRBY, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.alachua.realforeclose.com on November 18, 2025 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF SAID LAND SITUATED IN CITY OF GAINESVILLE, ALACHUA COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS THE EAST ONE-HALF (1/2) OF THE FOLLOWING DESCIBED PROPERTY, TO WIT: COMMENCING 242 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF BLOCK 23 OF BRUSHES ADDITION TO GAINESVILLE, FLORIDA, POINT OF BEGINNINGS, RUN NORTH ON THE WEST SIDE OF ARREDONDO STREET 44 FEET, WEST 232 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 44 FEET; THENCE EAST 232 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING A PART OF BRUSHS ADDITION TO GAINESVILLE, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 526 NW 3RD ST, GAINESVILLE, FL 32601 (the “Property”).
