NOTICE OF HEARING Please take notice that the Heidelberg Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, Zoning Hearing Board shall conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 22, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Heidelberg Township Municipal Building, 111 Mill Road, Schaefferstown, PA 17088 to consider, discuss, deliberate, and if appropriate take formal action on any matter which may lawfully come before the Board and specifically to consider the application submitted by Middlecreek Mennonite School for property located at 258 Albright Road, Newmanstown, Heidelberg Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, 17073 within the Agricultural Zoning District. The applicants seek a variance from Section 1927(B) of the Heidelberg Zoning Ordinance which requires a setback for any parking areas at least 25 feet from all property lines.
