PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of West Manchester Township, York County, Pennsylvania, that a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Code of the Township of West Manchester, Zoning will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the West Manchester Township offices, 380 E. Berlin Road, York, PA. The Ordinance proposing the amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the Township of West Manchester is entitled, "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF WEST MANCHESTER, CHAPTER 150 “ZONING”, BY AMENDING SECTION 150-6 (ENTITLED “ZONES ENUMERATED; ZONING MAP”) AND THE “ZONING MAP OF WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP” TO INCLUDE WITHIN THE DATA CENTER OVERLAY ZONE THE PARCELS LOCATED TO THE NORTH OF WEST MARKET STREET (SR 0030) AND TO THE SOUTH OF SOUTH SALEM CHURCH ROAD (T-883) AND IDENTIFIED AS YORK COUNTY PARCEL IDENTFICATION NOS. 51-000-HG-0004.00-00000 AND 51-000-IG-0032.B0-00000; AND BY REPLACING ARTICLE XXII (ENTITLED, “RESERVED”) IN ITS ENTIRETY TO PROVIDE FOR THE “DATA CENTER OVERLAY ZONE”. The proposed amendment establishes a Data Center Overlay Zone, amends the zoning map accordingly, and sets forth standards and regulations for data centers within the overlay zone. The Board of Supervisors will consider the amendment for adoption at the regularly scheduled public meeting of the Board immediately following the aforesaid hearing. A copy of the proposed Ordinance may be examined without charge at the Township offices during normal business hours. A copy of the proposed Ordinance has been filed with the York Newspaper and the York Law Research Center, 45 N George St, York PA. Interested citizens are invited to attend the aforesaid public hearing and the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of West Manchester Township immediately following the public hearing and offer comments on the proposed amendment.
