ORDINANCE NO. 3140 COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO DESIGNATED CITY POLLING PLACES AND WARD BOUNDARIES TO REPEAL AND RECREATE SECTIONS 2.05(a)(1), 2.07(a)(1)(b), 2.07(a)(2)(b), AND 2.07(a)(3)(b) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE. The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1: Section 2.05(a)(1) is hereby repealed and recreated to read as follows: (1) First Aldermanic District. a. Place. Discover Church, 7311 S. 13th Street b. Wards. Ward Nos. 1, 2 and 3 SECTION 2: Section 2.07(a)(1)(b) is hereby repealed and recreated to read as follows: (b) The polling place for Ward One shall be at the Discover Church (7311 S. 13th Street). SECTION 3: Section 2.07(a)(2)(b) is hereby repealed and recreated to read as follows: (b) The polling place for Ward Two shall be at the Discover Church (7311 S. 13th Street). SECTION 4: Section 2.07(a)(3)(b) is hereby repealed and recreated to read as follows: (b) The polling place for Ward Three shall be at the Discover Church (7311 S. 13th Street). SECTION 5: All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION 6: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication, as required by law.
