Toms River Regional Schools Notice of Intent to Award Contracts under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement The Toms River Board of Education participates in the OMNIA Partners, Public Sector National Cooperative purchasing program, administered by multiple Lead Agency public entities, to assist school districts, colleges and universities in the purchase of various commodities and services, including, Athletic Uniforms. It is the intent of the Toms River Board of Education to purchase Athletic Uniforms pursuant to a contract awarded to Sports, Inc. of Lewiston MT and authorized dealer Sports Paradise of Medford NJ by Omnia Partners Region 14 ESC – TX under Contract Award # 08-35 valid through April 30, 2026. The Board of Education is permitted to utilize national cooperative contract awards under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
