YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that I have this day Levied the following described property found in your possession, to-wit: All that lot, tract, or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia, on the West side of 13th McKinnie Street and fronting thereon a distance of 22 feet and extending back between parallel lines a distance of 114 feet to a rear boundary of 22 feet, more or less. Said lot is known and designated at Lot No. 58 on a plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Realty Book 4-C, Page 501, to which reference if made for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes, bounds, dimensions, location and distances of said property. Also, all that lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the City of Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia, on the West side of 13th(McKinnie) Street, known and designated as lot N0. 57 on a plat recorded in said Clerk’s Office in Book 4-C, Page 501, reference being made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes, bounds, dimensions, distances, and location of said property. The two (2) lot conveyed herein area known under the present system of house numbering in the City of Augusta, as 1021 13th Street and 1023 13th Street. The property described above is conveyed subject to certain Restrictive Covenants appearing of record in said Clerk’s Office in Realty Book 4-C at Page 501. The property described herein is the same property conveyed to Lewis Taylor and Ruth Williams Taylor by Warranty Deed dated June 15, 1979 and recorded in said Clerk’s Office in Realty Reel 111 at Page 1666. By virtue of a State, County and School FiFa(s) and/or FiFa(s) for the City of Augusta taxes issued by and through the Tax Commissioner of Richmond County, Georgia for taxes on the property identified above for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 in the amount of $12,278.25, against property standing in the name of ESTATE OF RUTH WILLIAMS TAYLOR ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, ESTATE OF EDDIE LEE WILLIAMS ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, RUTH ANITA KEY, JOANN SAMUELS, CATHERINE INEZ KELLY, RUTH LAVONIA MAYS, PRISCILLA WILLIAMS, TONY HOWARD, EUGENE MCFADGEN, LEISLE WILLIAMS, PATRICIA WILLIAMS AND TEDDY LEWIS TAYLOR, SR., in favor of Richmond County, Georgia, and that I will proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder the above described property under said FiFa(s) on the FIRST TUESDAY in NOVEMBER 2025, at the Court House, in the City of Augusta, County and State aforesaid, during the legal hours of sale after having advertised the same according to law.
