YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that I have this day Levied the following described property found in your possession, to-wit: All that lot or parcel of land together with the improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the City of Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia, on the south side of Davis Alley, having a frontage of Thirty-Four (34) Feet, more or less, on Davis Alley, and extending back of even width a distance of seventy (70) feet, more or less, and being bounded: North by Davis Alley; East by property of M. A. King, South by property of Mary J. Roberts; and West by property of Clara Tutt. The improvements on said property are known under the present system of numbering as 1112 Davis Street aka Davis Alley. By virtue of a State, County and School FiFa(s) and/or FiFa(s) for the City of Augusta taxes issued by and through the Tax Commissioner of Richmond County, Georgia for taxes on the property identified above for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 in the amount of $2,772.76, against property standing in the name of ESTATE OF LUCILLE SAPP REEVES, ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN AND FRED SAPP JR., in favor of Richmond County, Georgia, and that I will proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder the above described property under said FiFa(s) on the FIRST TUESDAY in NOVEMBER 2025, at the Court House, in the City of Augusta, County and State aforesaid, during the legal hours of sale after having advertised the same according to law.
