Sixth Street, Odessa, Delaware SUMMARY: • The homeowners are requesting relief from the 20’ commercial front yard setback requirement for an existing non-conforming home. The variance request is required as the homeowners are proposing construction of a pole building to be used as a garage along with an asphalt driveway. All interested parties are invited to attend and provide comments on the variance request.
