Bids will be received until 4:00 pm local time on November 5, 2025, The bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Town of Whitestown Town Board meeting on November 5, 2025, at 6 PM at the Whitestown Town Hall. The Project consists of the furnishing and installation of new HVAC heat pump mini-split systems at the Community Center in the Town of Whitestown.Bids will be received for a single prime Contract on a lump sum basis.The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the Town of Whitestown Town Clerk. The Contract Documents may be viewed and ordered through the Town Clerk's office at 8539 Clark Mills Road, Whitesboro, NY. Only official plan-holders are eligible to bid on the project.
