Acceptance of Gifts
Board accepted with great thanks, $50.00 for the Marshfield Middle School Band Program from Patrick and Eymarde Lawler, grandparents of Julian Storms; $100.00 for the Lincoln school store from Nathan and Melanie Carter; $1,000.00 for student needs at Madison Elementary; High School Athletics received $150.00 for the football program from Simplicity Credit Union on behalf of Derek Freis, $2,076.00 from Tiger Hoops Club for the girls' basketball program and $4,525.00 for the boys' basketball program, $6,000.00 from Tiger Booster Club for football concession help and $4,000.00 for Hudl subscription.
Employee Relations
Unanimously approved:
The staffing proposal for Buildings & Grounds. (The proposal includes hiring an additional maintenance technician and moving the most veteran and experienced maintenance technician into a mentorship role to oversee and mentor new maintenance and custodial staff. The move includes an extra duty pay rate through the remainder of the current school year and over the summer months. The position will be re-evaluated later in the school year to determine if the district moves forward with the position continuing into the following year.)

Resignation of Lori Babcock, Food Service at the High School and Jaimie Kitchen, Special Education Teacher Assistant at the High School/Middle School.
Employment of Abigail Besler, Administrative Assistant for Payroll/Benefits; Logan Colby, Food Service at the High School; Christina Pelot, Special Education Teacher Assistant at Madison Elementary; Megan Utecht, Grade 1 Teacher at Lincoln Elementary.
School Resource Officer MOU
Mental Health Grant. (The WEA Member Benefits Foundation, Inc. partners with districts that already have multi-tiered, systemic mental health frameworks where additional resources could make a meaningful difference. The unrestricted-use grant is multi-year, over 4 years and dispersed as follows: Year 1: $15K; Year 2: $15K; Year 3: $7,500; Year 4: $3,500.)
