INDIAN TRAIL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT INVITATION TO BID (ITB) ANNUAL DISTRICT-WIDE SOD, WATERING, AND HYDROSEED SERVICES   Sealed bids for providing ANNUAL DISTRICT-WIDE SOD, WATERING, AND HYDROSEED SERVICES to Indian Trail Improvement District (ITID) will be received via www.DemandStar.com, on or by: October 30, 2025, No Later Than 1:00 P.M. (local time). All sealed bids that are timely received will be publicly opened at Indian Trail’s Administrative Office. Bids received after the cut-off date and time will not be considered. The identity of Respondents to the RFP will be announced at the Opening; however, no copies of bid tabulations will be provided to Respondents or to the public at that time. SCOPE OF SERVICES: The Work consists of providing and laying sod and/or watering, and/or applying hydro-seeding in areas specified by the District. The District intends to pre-certify more than one qualified vendor. Bids will be submitted for an initial term of One (1) Year from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, with up to four (4) additional one-year renewal options based on the District’s fiscal year (October 1-September 30). The Owner is Indian Trail Improvement District. All bids shall be submitted on standard forms which will be downloaded with the Specifications exclusively from www.demandstar.com. Bids received after the cut-off date and time will not be considered. The time stamp shall be conclusive as to the timeliness of filing. No Bidder may withdraw their bid after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. All bids must be firm bids for a period of one hundred fifty (150) days after the time set for opening of bids. ITID reserves the right to reject any and all bids and readvertise or to waive minor irregularities in bids received. Pursuant to Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, vendors are hereby notified that the District will not request documentation regarding or consider a vendor’s social, political or ideological interests when determining if a vendor is responsible or give preference to a vendor based on its social, political or ideological interests. A person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a Bid on a Contract with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work, may not be awarded or perform Work as a Contractor, Supplier, Subcontractor, or Consultant under a Contract with any public entity, and may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in Section 287.017, Florida Statutes, for Category Two for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.
