REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CITY OF PALM SPRINGS   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Palms Springs is requesting proposals from qualified firms for RFP 19-25Palm Springs International Airport Retail, Food and Beverage – Blank Slate Concessions Space.   SCOPE OF SERVICES: The City of Palm Springs is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide the City with developing, constructing, and operating a smaller footprint retail and/or food and beverage spaces in various “blank slate” spaces at the Palm Springs International Airport. The scope of work will consist of implementing small footprint operations for retail, food and beverage to complement the existing contemporary concession program.
