APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 94609 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 24th day of July 2025 Dennis Lee Geasan Revocable Trust of Haines, Alaska made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.00043 c.f.s., 0.31 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 77729. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 2, T17N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of said Section 2 bears N 39 degrees 38 minutes 42.44 seconds W, a distance of 6,694.4 feet (approx. 2 miles S of the intersection of SR431 and Callahan Rd in Reno, NV). Water will be used for domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 35, T18N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 35 bears N 48 degrees 41 minutes 46 seconds E, a distance of 4,574.0 feet.
