NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Board of Control of the City of Fremont, Ohio, will receive sealed bids, according to law, in the office of the Safety Service Director (323 S. Front St, Fremont, OH 43420) until 11:00 am, local time, November 10th, 2025 for the SAN CR 19-0.0 Oak Harbor Road Project. Only ODOT Prequalified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this project. Each bidder will seal bid(s), containing full name of each person or company interested in an envelope clearly marked SAN CR 19-0.0 Oak Harbor Road Project. A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 27, 2025 at 11:00am at the Fremont City Hall, 323 South Front Street, Fremont, OH 43420.
