BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 6/12/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 11/19/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
LOT TWENTY (20) OF BLOCK FIVE (5) OF CIERA PARK SUBDIVISION ADDENDUM ONE (1), PHASE ONE (1), more specifically described as a certain lot or parcel of ground located in Ciera Park Subdivision, Addendum #1 Phase 1, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana and being more particularly shown and designated on a plat entitled "Ciera Park Subdivision Addendum No. 1 Phase 1 Ciera Development Company Developer, Section 9, T168 - R17E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana" prepared by Milford and Associates, Consulting Engineers, dated December 21, 1993, and duly filed of record under Entry No. 1041834, Terrebonne Parish, La. and said lot being shown thereon as follows:
Having a front along the South side of Ciera Drive of Ninety (90') feet, by depth between equal and parallel lines of One Hundred Forty Seven (147) feet, with a rear width of Ninety (90') feet; said lot fronting on Ciera Drive and being bounded on the West by Lot 19 of Block 5 and on the East by Lot 21 of Block 5, both of Ciera Park Subdivision Addendum 1 Phase 1, and being bounded in the rear by property of Ciera Development Company, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, as well as all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or otherwise appertaining; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
