BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 8/4/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 11/19/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:

LOUISIANA", prepared by Duke-Milford Consulting Group, Civil & Electrical Consulting Engineers, Houma, Louisiana, recorded under entry number 643701, as revised 5/18/82 and recorded under entry no. 680877 of the records of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, said lot being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southernmost point, on its boundary with Lot 6 as shown on said plat, proceed N59°44'53"E a distances of 125'on Ouiski Bayou Drive to the intersection of its boundary with Lot 4, thence proceed N30°15'07"E a distances of 817.71' to its boundary with Ouiski Bayou, thence proceed S45°40'35"E along the bank of Ouiski Bayou, a distance of 126.48'more or less, to its boundary with Lot 6; thence proceed S30°15'07"W, a distance of 798.43'to its boundary on Ouiski Bayou Drive, the point of beginning; together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
