NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF STOCKTON COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FUTURE LAND USE MAP AMENDMENT
AND PORTAGE COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE MAP AMENDMENT
Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in Conference Room 5 of the County Annex, 1462 Strongs Avenue, Stevens Point, the Portage County Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a public hearing at which time and place all interested persons may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to REQ-2025-008 – A request by Chesley D. and Julie K. Brazeau, owners, to amend the Town of Stockton Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map designation of parcel 034240927-11, totaling 11.04 acres, from L2 Intermediate Agriculture to L3 Limited Agriculture/Mixed Use; and to amend the zoning classification of the same parcel from A2 Agricultural Transition to A3 Low Density Agricultural. The reason for the request is to subdivide a 5-acre parcel and build a home. The property is located at 7630 Rolling Hills Road in Section 27, T24N, R9E, in the Town of Stockton.

All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and be heard, and accommodations have been made to do so remotely if you prefer.
