PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on November 5, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. the Planning Board of the Township of Marlboro Township will hold a hearing on the application of Muhammad Huq. The hearing will be held at the Municipal Complex, 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey. The premises which are the subject of this application are located on 68 Station Road, Marlboro, New Jersey. Said premises are also known as a portion of Block 193.11 Lot 22 in Marlboro Township.
The applicant is seeking Minor Subdivision and Bulk Variance approval to subdivide the property into 2 residential lots. The property is in the R-80 zone. One proposed lot will contain the existing single family home and the second lot will be for a proposed single family home. Variances are required for minimum lot area, minimum lot frontage, minimum lot width and minimum lot depth.
The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such bulk variance and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
The application for development and all supporting maps, site plans and documents are on file in the office of the Department of Planning and Zoning and are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Municipal Building, Township of Marlboro, 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person, or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the aforesaid application.
