NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM PROPERTY FROM TAX SALE

TO: The Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, Kenneth Greene (a/k/a Kenneth Green), Lafayette Wright, Mary Page, Air Athens Corporation, Inc. (a/k/a Athens Corporation), Charlotte Dawson, Ruth Fleming, Annie Lou Norman, Eddie Lee Williams, George Williams, Corene Sojourner, Ophelia Bush, Joanna Allen, Dorothy Jones, La Gloria Glover, Millicent Hartzog, Beverly Howard, Salena Howard, Robert Glover, Cynthia A. Lee, Rosa Williams, Charlene Williams, Robert Williams, Arthur E. Dawson, and their successors, heirs and assigns and other personal representatives of each and everyone of the persons, firms and/or corporations above; and all the world.
Take notice that the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that certain tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the City of Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia, and known upon a map or plan of the said City of Savannah as Lot G Demere Ward and East 5 Feet of Lot 94, said lot and portion of lot being located on West 39th Street.
Said property is commonly known as 834 W. 39th Street, Savannah, GA 31415 and is designated by the Chatham County Board of Assessors as Property Identification Number: 20073 02045.
This being the same property conveyed by Sheriff’s Deed to Chatham County/City of Savannah Land Bank Authority Inc., recorded July 21, 2022, in Deed Book 2866, Page 368, aforesaid records.
Subject, however, to all restrictive covenants, all easements, and all rights-of-way of record affecting subject property, if any.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after December 8, 2025. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated June 7, 2022, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia, on July 21, 2022 in Deed Book 2866, Page 368. Additionally, the second sheriff’s deed to which this property relates is dated January 7, 2003 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia, on January 9, 2003 at Deed Book 245M, Page 253.
The property may be redeemed at any time before December 8, 2025 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
