NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Delaware County, Indiana, in Cause No. 18C05-2502-MF-000031 wherein Seneca Mortgage Servicing LLC was Plaintiff, and Sean Stetson a/k/a Sean D. Stetson and Troyer Foods, Inc., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder, on the 10th day of December, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Delaware County, Indiana.
A part of the East Half of the Fractional Northwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 20 North, Range 9 East, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Southeast corner of 17 acres off the West side of the East Half of the Fractional Northwest Quarter of said Section 5 and running thence West on the South line of said Northwest Quarter 65 feet; thence North parallel to the East line of said 17 acre tract of land 928 feet; thence East 65 feet to said East line of said 17 acre tract of land; thence South on and along said East line 928 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1.384 acres, more or less.
