LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that METRO Regional Transit Authority (METRO) is requesting information RFI for: Asset and Maintenance Management Systems. Detailed specifications are available by visiting https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/akronmetro. Any questions should be submitted through the Question & Answer section of the project on METRO RTA's OpenGov Portal. All submissions must be submitted in accordance with requirements set forth in this IFB solicitation, and must be received in the offices of METRO on or before November 13, 2025, by 4:00 PM. There will be NO public opening. In connection with the carrying out of this project, the Contractor shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, or handicap. All Offerors are certifying that they are not debarred or suspended by the Federal Government by signing the proposal page. METRO reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to re-advertise for proposals and to waive any informality in any proposal and to determine the most responsive proposal by its own criteria, as described within the specification.
