BOROUGH OF RUMSON NOTICE TO BIDDERS Advertisement for Online Auction   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough of Rumson, in the County of Monmouth, State  of New Jersey shall be auctioning off vehicles no longer needed by the Borough. The Government Online Auction shall take place at www.municibid.com.
