State of Florida Florida Department of Health-Palm Beach County Notice of Application The Florida Department of Health-Palm Beach County announces receipt of an application for permit from Agricultural Blending Company LLC to Operate a Solid Waste Processing Facility and Transfer Station. The proposed project will convert used equestrian bedding into biochar through pyrolysis. The biochar will be pelletized, dried, cooled, and bagged for storage and sale. The facility also proposes to operate as a transfer station for equestrian bedding in situations where pyrolysis process is non-operational. The expected volume of used equestrian bedding to be received is 500 tons per day. This proposed project will be located at 14833 50th Street South, Wellington, Florida 33414 in Palm Beach County.
