NOTICE OF SALE AND/OR LIQUIDATION UNDER WAREHOUSEMAN’S LIEN
Pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. Section 47-7-210, the owner of a storage facility has a lien upon all property located at their storage facility for rent and other charges incurred for the storage of a tenant’s property. Due to the failure to pay storage payments, the owner is enforcing its lien and intends to sell or otherwise dispose of the personal property located at the storage facility listed in this notice.
THIS NOTICE IS BEING PROVIDED PURSUANT TO TENN. CODE ANN. SECTION 35-5-101 BEFORE THE SALE. The tenant listed below may pay the amount necessary to satisfy the lien and the reasonable expenses incurred to redeem the personal property. Notification will be published three (3) times in Knox County Tennessee with the first publication at least twenty (20) days prior to the sale or liquidation.
ADVERTISEMENT OF SALE: Notice is hereby given that on or after November 12, 2025, the personal property belonging to the below tenant that is located in the below facility will be sold and/or liquidated to satisfy the lien.
