Planning Board Hearing
Pursuant to M.G.L.
Chapter 40A §11
The Planning Board of the Town of Upton, Massachusetts will hold the following public hearings on Tuesday, October 28, 2025:
7:15 pm Special Permit application pursuant to Section 300-6.1 Common Driveway titled “Common Driveway Plan for 15 West Main Street” filed by applicant/owner Bugsy, LLC. Property is 22 acres located at 15 West Main Street in Upton, MA. Assessor’s Map 19/Lot 004.
7:30 pm To amend the Town of Upton Zoning-Bylaws, Section 300-10.1 Definitions and word use and Section 300-3.1 Table of principal uses to incorporate “Microbrewery” as a new use to be allowed by Special Permit in certain zoning districts.
Copies of the applications will be available for review at: https://www.uptonma.gov/437/Planning-Board. Materials are also available at both the Town Clerk’s office and the Land Use and Inspectional Services office located in Town Hall. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on this application should attend the meeting either in-person or virtually at the designated date & time. Information about remote meeting participation will be available on the agenda to be posted on the Upton website (www.uptonma.gov) prior to the meeting.
