Sealed Bids    Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Washington Township Supervisors, 11798 Buchanan Trail E., Waynesboro, Pennsylvania 17268, until 12:00 p.m., prevailing time, November 3, 2025, for providing the following service:  Transporting refuse from the Washington Township Transfer Station located at 12721 Buchanan Trail East, Waynesboro, PA 17268 to Waste Management Landfill for the period of January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, with optional quotes for years 2027 and 2028.  Copies of the complete specifications may be obtained on the Township’s web page at www.washtwp-franklin.org or at the Township Office at 11798 Buchanan Trail E., Waynesboro, PA 17268.  The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals and to accept any proposal deemed to be most favorable to the interest of the Township of Washington.   Washington Township Supervisors Karen S.
