INVITATION FOR BIDS AND PROPOSALS The Housing Authority of the City of Erie will receive sealed bids/proposals for the following: 2025-2026 Community Services Program and 2025-2026 After School and Summer Youth Program at Harbor Homes, Harbor Homes Annex, Eastbrook and Scattered Sites.2025-2026 Family Support Center/Services at the John E. Horan Garden Apartments.2026 Creative Arts Program at the John E. Horan Garden Apartments. Sealed bids/proposals will be received until 10:30 a.m., Monday, November 10, 2025, at the Authority's Administration Office, 606 Holland St., Erie, PA 16501, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
