BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 19th day of November, 2025 the following property to-wit :
A CERTAIN PIECE, PARCEL OR TRACT OF LAND, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at 5/8" rod at the corner common to Sections 1, 2, 11 and 12, T3NR1E, thence bear due West for 4229.94 feet; thence bear due South for 11, 981.64 feet; thence bear South 40 degrees 26 minutes West for 1449.69 feet; thence bear South 44 degrees 43 minutes East for 343.2 feet; thence bear South 41 degrees 14 minutes West for 152.46 feet; thence bear South 87 degrees 05 minutes West for 1933.14 feet; thence bear South 33 degrees 03 minutes West for 1788.02 feet; thence bear North 88 degrees 52 minutes West along the center of Palmer Chapel Road for 582.29 feet; thence leaving said road bear North 33 degrees 03 minutes East for 29.45 feet to a 1/2" rod set that is henceforth referred to as the Point of Beginning. Thence from the point of beginning, continue North 33 degrees 03 minutes East for 287.5 feet to a 1/2" rod set; thence bear South 88 degrees 52 minutes East for 178.5 feet to a 1/2" rod set; thence bear South 33 degrees 03 minutes West for 287.5 feet to a 1/2" rod set; thence bear North 88 degrees 52 minutes West along the North right of way Palmer Chapel road for 178.5 feet back to the point of beginning.
The aforementioned closed traverse containes 1.00 acre and is part of Lot 4 of the Hawthorne Partition situated in Section 13, T3NR1E, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, being shown on Plat of Survey by Stephan Barrett Gremillion dated 12/22/08 a copy of which is attached hereto.
Together with a 2008 Kabco Builders #2 Mobile Home, 78 X 30, Model No. KB-432X82-SP-08, Serial No. KB 02 4415 AB 08.
