Notice of Election on Proposition R.C. 3501.11(G)    Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the City Council of Obetz, Ohio, passed on the 5th day of August, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of City of Obetz at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November, 2025 the question of:  Shall the Ordinance providing for a one half percent (0.5%) levy increase on income earned on or after January 1, 2026, such that the total rate levied per annum shall equal three percent (3.0%); providing that the revenue resulting from the increase be dedicated to safety services; and continuing to provide a full credit for all taxes paid to any municipal corporation, in this state or elsewhere, by a resident or by a pass-through entity owned, directly or indirectly, by a resident, on the resident's distributive or proportionate share of the income of the pass-through entity, be passed?  The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on election day.   By order of the Board of Elections, of Franklin County, Ohio.
