LEGAL NOTICE
The PLANNING BOARD of the Town of East Bridgewater will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Office Building, 175 Central Street, Large Second Floor Conference Room. The purpose of the hearing will be to review a Form B Subdivision Application and Plan, submitted by PMP Associates on behalf of his client MJL Construction Corp. Owner of record MJL Construction Corp. The applicant is proposing a five (5) lot, single family, residential subdivision. The proposed subdivision is an extension of Southridge Drive.
The subject property is located on (the northerly side of Captain’s Way being shown as Phase VI) and consists of approximately 10 acres of land as shown on the Definitive Subdivision Plan of Land entitled “Tower Heights Phase VI”. Zoning classification is Residence 1 (R-1), lots as shown on the East Bridgewater Assessors Map lot 110, Plot 6 Lots 6,7,8,9,10. The Planning Board, as required by the East Bridgewater Subdivision Rules and Regulations and Massachusetts General Law, chapter 41, Section 81T, seeks public input relative to this proposed subdivision.
The Plans are on file with the Planning/ Building Department and can be reviewed between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
